Dear business owner who gives a crap about the world 

I see you.

I see how hard you work. How your to-do list is never done. How juggling both business and actual life just feels like an impossible task.

When you feel you are succeeding in one area, you feel the guilt of failing elsewhere.

How much you want to socialise and network but every time you do, you need a week to recover.

How do people do it all?

You suspect they don’t.

That’s why social media is particularly irritating these days. You can see through all the BS there but it still triggers you.

You know there is more to success than 6 – 7 figures, you know that they are sharing only half the story anyway.

You know that behind those perfect pictures, they live the same life you do more or less. At the end of the day their shit stinks too!

But sometimes, that voice in your head is just too loud and despite knowing it’s BS, all that manipulative crap draws you in and you start wondering if the answer to all your problems is this fancy pants new system for getting sales or this unique blueprint to automate everything so you never have to actually do any ducking work again.

Now don’t get me wrong.

It’s not that these systems or blueprints don’t work, it’s that they are not the holy bloody grail. There is no ONE THING you can buy that will solve all the problems that come with running and marketing your business.

The reality is, it’s just more complicated than that.

It would be easy for me to sit here and tell you that I can help you make more sales.

Easy because in all honesty it’s true. I teach my clients how to write better content – of course that can make you more sales.

But like I say, life and business is more complicated than that and I am not the answer to all your prayers.

When business owners buy from me they don’t buy from a guru, an influencer or even someone who has all their shit together.

What they do get is help with their copy.

That I can do.

That is my skill set.

I don’t help with tech or algorithms. What I do teach them is how to connect.

From a practical point of view, I teach about how to write content that is easy to read and understand so their ideal clients stop scrolling and pay attention.

From an emotional point of view, I teach them how to write with their soul so their ideal clients can see the real them and love them for it.

This is certainly a skill worth having when you are a business owner. Regardless of what social media platform you use or where you are showing up, knowing what to say and how to say it is absolutely key.

But let’s be honest, it’s not everything.
